If you are unsure if your event venue is suitable for a hybrid event, we are happy to join you on a site inspection to advise on this.

We recommend setting up a technical run through with our team prior to the event to make sure remote speakers have a suitable set up. Main areas to check are internet connection, camera quality and position, sound and lighting
